Full Moon in Virgo

The Full Moon is a wonderful time to release what no longer serves you so that you may be more open to manifesting what you do want into your life. We want to let go of all that is not in our best interests, from habits to people. Holding on to negative thoughts, habits, and people prevents us from reaching our full potential by keeping us bogged down with mucky negativity. It dims our auras, and ultimately, our lives and experiences.
Some questions you can ask yourself in regards to the specific energy of this specific moon, in Virgo, are...
1. Have I been of service enough this month?
2. Have I been too critical of myself and others this past month?
3. Have I paid enough attention to the details that I need to be focusing on?
4. Have I been complaining too much, thusly bringing about negativity?
5. Have I been too humble to the point of under-valuing myself?
When answering these questions, follow your intuition. The first answer that comes to mind is usually the most accurate.
The Full Moon is also a time to focus on forgiveness, of ourselves as well as others. When we forgive, we transmute the negative energy into love. In turn, we attract that love and positivism back into our lives.
The book, Moonology by Yasmin Boland, is one of my favorite tools for working with the Moon cycles; especially the Full Moons. She has a wonderful Forgiveness ceremony that can be individually tailored. Basically, you write a list of all the people you need and want to forgive. You imagine them in your mind's eye and you forgive them, thus releasing the negative connection. Send them off with love and light. Take some deep, cleansing breaths. I bet you feel like a million pounds has just left your body. Feels better, doesn't it? You can find other helpful tools at www.moonology.com
I hope this Full Moon you find yourself able to release all that no longer serves you, for your best interest, and that of others. And so it is.

p.s. Don't forget to put your crystals outside to charge in the glow of the Full Moon!
