Service Description

This is a 1 on 1 session done through a video call where I will lead you through a personalized 30 minute yoga session. I can blend multiple styles of yoga and meditation to tailor your session to meet your current needs. We can come up with a new sequence each time, or come up with your special "blend" of yoga that you can use as often as you like.
